Can we adjust the final fee?

Yes. These prices are indicative in USD. Final fees are confirmed after we align on scope, language needs, travel requirements, and region. If an adjustment is required, we will issue a revised invoice or a balance invoice.

Who receives the receipt?

Stripe emails the receipt to the contact email you provide. A copy is also sent to advisory@velorstrategy.com for Stratenity’s records.

How do we schedule dates?

After payment, the Stratenity team will contact you via email to align on dates, format (virtual/on-site), and any pre-work logistics. If preferred dates are unavailable, we will offer alternatives or arrange a refund.
