Deliverables Home
Your deliverables library: three libraries of fifty each (consulting deliverables, startup deliverables and small business workflows). Every item has purpose, timing, format and five sections of structured guidance.
Library to Output
Browse a library, expand any deliverable to read its purpose and structure, then click Generate with Velora. Your prompt is pre-filled from the deliverable; add engagement context and generate.
Consulting Deliverables
Fifty consulting deliverables from engagement foundations through final handoff. Each has purpose, timing, format and five sections of structured guidance with three sub-questions per section.
Startup Deliverables
Fifty startup deliverables from first customer interview to board pack. Each has purpose, timing, format and five sections of structured guidance with three sub-questions per section.
Small Business Workflows
Fifty practical workflows the owner-operator runs every week. Each has purpose, timing, format and five sections of structured guidance with three sub-questions per section.
Deliverables Generator
Generate with Velora: pick a deliverable from any library or start from scratch, add your engagement context (client, scope, constraints) and Velora produces a structured output you can copy, email, print or export.
Deliverables Work Area
Draft, refine and manage your reusable deliverables. Notes stay local to your device and can be saved, exported or printed for reuse across engagements.
Library Guide
How to use this library: a short guide to getting the most out of the 150 deliverables and the Velora generator.
Consulting items are for engagement work with named clients and stakeholders. Startup items assume a founder building a new venture. Small business workflows are for owner-operators running an ongoing business. Pick the one closest to the situation.
Each deliverable's 5 sections and 15 sub-questions are the spine of what Velora will produce. If a section doesn't fit your situation, edit the prompt before generating — or remove sub-questions you don't need.
The more specific the context — client name, industry, scope, timeline, team size, sponsor, constraints — the more useful the output. Vague context produces generic output.
- Industry and size of the business or client
- Sponsor or owner and their stated goal
- Timeline, budget, and team constraints
- What's already been tried or decided
Velora produces a structured starting point, not a finished deliverable. Edit, prune, and add your judgment. Use the Work Area to keep iterating — your draft stays local on your device.
A consulting engagement for a small business may pull from both Consulting and Small Business libraries. A startup with paying customers may pull from Startup and Small Business. Use what fits.
