Stratenity Acceptable Use Policy

A product of Stratenity Inc. · Applies to VelorStrategy and all Stratenity subscription products · Effective May 29, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of any Stratenity Inc. product, including the VelorStrategy Workspace, and is incorporated by reference into the Stratenity Master Subscription Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Master Terms.

1. Lawful, authorized use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Master Terms, the applicable Product Schedule, and this AUP. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

2. Prohibited conduct

You shall not:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or use automated means to extract content or data except as expressly permitted;
• share credentials outside your organization except under a valid multi-seat license, or circumvent any access control, seat limit, or metering;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to build, train, or assist a competing product or service;
• upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account;
• infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; or
• store, process, or transmit data you are not authorized to handle.

3. AI features

AI-assisted outputs are provided for professional and informational purposes and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Consistent with the Stratenity AI Training Non-Use Representation (Master Terms §9), Stratenity does not use your data or the deliverables furnished to you to train AI systems.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access immediately for any material breach of this AUP, the Master Terms, or the applicable Product Schedule, with no refund (Master Terms §11). We may also remove content or report unlawful activity to authorities where required.
